Hello I need to remove my a4ld trans from my 93 2.3l it'd leaking fluid and I need to change the seal. I just need to know how many bolts hold the trans bell housing to the engine and are they all on the same side, or are some in front to back.
After you remove the starter and 4 torque converter nuts, there are 6 bolts holding the trans to the engine...... The 4 on the bottom half of the trans face to the front, the top 2 face to the rear..... And they are 13mm.....
