Is anyone using these plugs and ran into the same problem? Are there any clearance issues with the pistons because the plugs are an extra 1/2" into the cylinders?

Im having a misfire in my #5 cylinder which is a bad plug.. Now also I have purchased 42's,svt pump,maf..etc all for my boost upgrade.. im not sure if ill be doing those mods in the very near future but am i okay to install the TR6's in the meantime or should those just be installed on a s/c setup with them being a colder range plug?
