Anyone else have this issue? The lower ac line is resting on the header. There no provision in that area to tie it down to. Anyone else ever have this issue and if so what did you do? Thanks.

Yes I have this issue with my lt's, been that way for years. Everything works and a/c blows cold. No worries.

Time to do some fabrication; Home Depot or Lowes has the cushion clamps, aluminum and steel bar and angle stock.

Use 2 pieces of aluminum 1x1x1/8" aluminum angle and make T. The top end of the T bolts to the inner fender sheet metal. The leg of the T extends towards the A/C line.

Bolt some cushion clamps to the leg of the T and clamp the A/C tubing.

Use some red silicone rubber or Teflon lined clamps and they withstand the heat better than the plain black ones.

Yep and I wrapped my lines in the silver shiny heat shield with sticky backing. Works fine for me.
