I've never wrecked mine myself, but my step-sister was driving it and hit a parked car! It messed up some of the paint on the front bumper and now has completley come off. (No paint on front bumper at all) So i had to get a bra to put on it to cover it up. Also someone backed into me (at night so i don't know who) and took off and messed up paint on my back left bumper and busted my tail light out. Had a few tickets though (speeding) but I just pay an attorney and don't worry about it after that. lol

I wrecked my v6. Saddest day of my life. I had never been in a accident before. I'm a teacher, and for some reason, school wasn't cancelled when it was snowing. I didn't havve any other means to get to work, so I had to take the mustang out. Unfortunatly, not a good idea, cuz I spun and hit a truck. I called work to tell them I got into an accident, and they were like "well thats good, cuz we just cancelled school" Grrrrrrr that made me SOOO mad.

I only hurt the front bumper a little bit, and dented the drivers side fender, not HUGE damage, but stilll tramatic.

No I'm just wondering, kinda curious how mustangs stand up to accidents lol. Hopefully I'll never get into an accident with mine ( )
But I bet that no one had the worst accident day than my mom. This happened a while back she had a berreta and it was hit THREE TIMES WITHIN 8 HOURS ON THE SAME DAY! All 3 times it was a hit and run and it was never her fault. All 3 times the person got away and all three times the car was PARKED. She was first hit on the drivers side and had that side all f****d up. Then after stopping at a 711 type store she got it in the back bumper on the drivers side. After going to the police again she stopped at one of her friends houses where the car got hit on the drivers side again! It was parked on a residental street between car and the guy hitted her car do bad that it actually pushed the car into the middle of the street. Then five day laters she was hit somewhere on the pass. side(can't remember where). And a few years later he car was toteled by a driver speeding in an suv. Also my dad would buy and work on muscle cars when he was younger and her totaled all of them except for a '75 vette that's mine but it need some repairs done to it before it's i working order. So pretty much my family gets f****d some how...lol we've seen alot of accidents so now i don't what nothing to happen to my stang cause i would go INSANE! so pretty much I think that I'm warning the public that if you see a yellow mustang coming at you...RUN, ER SPEED AWAY! So can anyone top that off?

hmm...well i got into an accident. it was dumb--my fault but the circumstances were strange.

i was driving on the freeway going about 75 and there was hardly anyone on the road. someone changed into my lane only they were far ahead of me. then all the sudden my lane started to slow down (which was weird seeing how there weren't many cars on the 5 lane freeway anyway) and i didnt realize just how quickly it slowed down.

long story short i rear-ended the guy ahead of me at about 45 mph i would approximate. i'm not sure cuz i had been slowing down & then i slammed on my breaks. anyway, fyi the guy i hit had literally no damage done & my car suffered minimal damage. i did screw up my license plate quite a bit but other than that i only got a couple of little scratches. the bumper is basically fine, and nothing else in the car was screwed up either.

hope that helps for anyone that cares.

I have yet to get into an accident in my mustang, but i did have a few in my old camaro. the first was i was going through a parking lot and someone backed out as i was passing their car and almost took of my back bumber.

A few months later i was accelerating to get onto the interstate, hit about 75 and look in my rear view and see a full size conversion about 5 car lenghts behind me in the left lane. now i was going 75 in a 60 and so i figured i was fine getting over. i hit my blinker and started to pull into the left lane and BAM hit the damn van. He told the cop that he was only going 65, but tell me how i was doing 75, only hit is van with my front qrt panal, but the damage on his van went from his front Qrt panal, down his front door, and into his back door. now i am a cop also and have worked many accidents and i judged his speed to be 90-95 but the ******* cop that worked my accident didnt believe me.

then my car was parked out infront of my house, and sometime during the night someone rearended it, hit it hard enough to push the front end of it underneath the rear bumber of my truck(which was a foot away) and then pulled off and hit down the side of my car.

THe final episode came just over a year ago, i was going to grab a bite to eat with a friend at about 4 in the morning, he was following me in his ranger. I had to stop for some deer in the road and he wasnt paying attention and rearened me doing about 45 mph while i was at a dead stop. All i can say about that is Crumple zones work!!! anyway the body shop stopped the estmate at 9 grand (it was a 95 and the said even with all the mods, it was only worth 7500) and totalled it. Then the damn insureance company tried to tell me i could buy it back for 25oo to fix it up. *******s

So that is when i went over to the dark side and bought my mustang! Its Super Duper!

Well, let's see...I got rear-ended at a stop sign in a 00 V6 two weeks after I bought it. No major damage. Then, once I got my 01 GT, I managed to pop a curb, careen through an iron fence and into an apartment complex. Pretty major damage on that one. So far, thankfully, I've had no accidents in my current Stang though. I really am a safe driver, regardless of what my record says...lol.
