Ive always added/subracted from the top row for my WOT tuning.

I Adjusted the row below it to very close to the same thing, and adjusted all other rows acoordingly for my supercharged set-up.

Yes the top row is just dandy for WOT tuning

I challenge anyone to do several 15 to 30 second datalogs with these driving
conditions

Find a level place where you can gently take off in first gear.
The idea here is to just get the car rolling to about 5 to 10 mph.

Gently shift to second and accelerate to say 3k to 4K using only 5% throttle
for the entire time of acceleration.

Do another just like that with 10% more throttle

Another with 10% more

and so on

Be sure you duplicate each run exactly except for throttle position
and
Be sure you datalog load

You are gonna find ............
It don't take much to hit the top row of the fuel & spark tables
and
You don't even need WOT to do it

Load is critical on our cars :Word:
so
Its critical a self tuner relates to how much of it he creates under
all different driving conditions

Yep, the load is kinda easy to get high enough to put you at a WOT condition.

Also noticed that the J4J1 base table top row is like .79 or something. From what others have stated they go "WOT" at is like 2.8-3.2v or so on the maf depending on the combo. That is one thing I was looking at on my log the point it went "WOT" or in the high load area.

It also shows how important a wideband is...its that easy to be out of the "easier" to tune part of the tune and you cannot just tune ONLY with the KAMFR.

I did so much CL datalogging when I was just starting to
understand how the slopes, offsets, kamrf, lambse
and the like all react to each other.

As you know Greg, you can't use much throttle or you slip out of CL.

I worked with a self ported E7 head based combo and my current sig
combo and found it interesting that 2.6 maf volts was the highest I
ever saw while staying in CL on both of those combos

There is a long gentle rise on the highway and I could use it
to generate my greatest amount of pulse width while still staying in
CL. No matter what I did as far as throttle or speed, I found I could
start the climb up that little hill in 4th at 50 mph with the throttle just
cracked open and at around 70 to 75 mph ... I slipped out of CL and
the throttle was at a maximum of about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way past
closed position.

Hard data ... sometimes you learn so much from it
and
Sometimes ... you're like
I know the answer is in there ... some where ... but where
