Is there any performance gains if your running stock injectors and pump? Or a waste of money.

The AFPR can be useful once the intake and fuel parts have been replaced/upgraded.

The AFPR shouldn't be used for power gains... it is meant to correct for variation due to parts mismatches & variances.

Your fuel pressure is already correct from the factory for stock equip. Like vristang noted it's only use is to regulate your pressure to where it needs to be after upgrades. So yes unless you are upgrading your fuel system it's a waste of money at this time.
