Have 86 bottem end> just put on some mildly ported E7's, Cobra I/T, 1 5/8th headers, 1.6 RR's, had 65mmtb, should I be using high test with this combo? Does the S/D system have to readjust itself to the new set up, its running a little rough. I had timing set, dist indexed. Still need to check tps. I was told to , disconnect battery, resstart motor, set idle to 1500rpm, let it run at 1500 for 10-15 min, that this would allow S/D to reset to new parameters. Is that the way S/D works? Any tips would be appreciated.
