AEM A/F gauge installation

I would like to install my new AEM air/fuel gauge(model 30-4223) i bought the bosch wide band also.My question is how do i connect my gauge to the oxygen sensor. From the gauge i have : 1 red wire
2 black wire
1 white wire
1 blue wire
1 orange wire


And from the oxygen sensor i have: 1 black wire
1 white wire
1 red wire
1 yellow wire
1 grey wire
With the oxygen sensor,these wires are plug in a male connector But with my gauge i don't have any connector!!!,i need a female connector but i don't know where to buy it !


PLEASE HELP!!!!

It didn't come with directions?

I only have the instruction on how install my gauge with the wideband uego controller modules
