I might have to get a new hood soon due to some motor modifications. If anyone on here has a 96-98 mustang and has a picture of their after market hood post it up. Trying to decide what I want to get.
Thanks.

I don't have an aftermarket hood, but the only 2 i would get would be either a '95 Cobra R or a Saleen heat extractor hood. Both badass in their own way, but i'll let people with hoods do the talking.

Nice car you have I like the Cervini's hood alot.
Actually the Cervini hoods are the best quality I ever
seen! You get what you pay for when it comes to hoods though.

Yeah the cobra hood is a great looking hood, though on the car pictured in this thread I believe the hood he picked worked out well. If he would have went with an original cobra hood it would have looked like he was attempting to make his little GT into a kewbra

So what exactly are these 'motor modifications' that are going to require a new hood??

Well my goal is to convert everything to a cobra. So my car will be unique in its own way kind of. My next thing i am doing is the motor.

Don't do that, just build the one you have and be more unique. No one messes our motors, but they have great potential.
