I have let some things go on my car because I had plans to sell it soon but after some time debating the decision I am deciding to keep it. With that I have begun to tune up some things but I can’t figure this out. My clutch pedal seems to vibrate and shake when in gear just cruising. I have tried to pull up on the pedal to adjust the clutch cable however no luck. If anyone can point me in the right direction.

A few things possible here.
1: Check the factory plastic quadrant (attached to pedal - that cable rides in). broken springs etc cause it to lose spring tension and do this.
2: Check fork itself to make sure TOB is riding on the fingers etc correctly.
3: ^^ check TOB for issues etc.
4: While doing all that also check the cable to make sure it moves freely in the sleeve.
It's a simple setup overall - just have to find which piece has exited the chat.

You are missing a step in your quadrant adjustment.
Get under the dash so that you can see the quadrant. Press the pedal so that you can see how the quadrant moves.
Without putting your fingers anywhere that they can get pinched, press the clutch pedal about half way with your hand. With the other hand, hold the quadrant still as you pull the clutch pedal back up. You should hear it, "click".
Put two clicks on the pedal as you release it and leave it there.
Go for a test drive.
If you put your foot under the clutch pedal and pull up, you will effectively remove the adjustment you just made so... Don't do that.

That worked thank you very much. However now I can hear a ticking from underneath.
Ok... With this new symptom and the other symptoms you have described, my best guess is that your Throw Out Bearing (TOB) is telling you that it's on its way out.
Use this time to prepare.
It is telling on itself. There's already a 'hitch' or a flat spot in that sealed TOB.

Agreed on the TOB going out.
I'm of the camp that the factory quadrant is a pita and prefer to go with metal replacement quadrants, firewall adjusters and new clutch cables. More precise but you have to be SPOT on with your adjustment or you'll kill TOB's.
