Aftermarket 3rd brake light?

I just painted my convertible, and in the process added the Cervini's decklid. Does anyone know of an aftermarket thrid 3rd brake light that can be added that doesn't look gawdy? I don't want to put a wing on the car.

My state requires original equipment to be in place during inspections...
