Ive got bassani mid length headers and a bassani O/R X pipe. Anytime i park after using the A/C, man the crazy sizzling sounds my car makes are amazing. And lately, now when the condensation from the A/C drips on the midpipe, the water droplets must be instantly boiling off and making a popcorn machine sound. Kind of really embarrasing when you pull up to a meet and everybody is staring at the funky noises my car makes. Does this happen to anybody else too? Any cure's?

Just tell them that you just traveled 88MPH and your are from the 80's. Tell them your flux capacitor juice is venting!!!:rlaugh:

What you can do is buy a peice of rubber hose and a hose clamp. Clamp that hose onto the existing one from the firewall and run it down lower than the header. This way the water will drip on the ground, not on the header.

P.S. Buy rubber fuel line, this way it his heavy duty unlike vacuum line, and it might hold up next to the exhaust.
