Whats Up Folks
Well my 93 Cobra with about 70,00 miles on it has been a dream to own until a few weeks ago. I have a horible vibration . It doesnt start until i rev over 3000 rpnm. It does it while driving, and while parked in gear and in neutral. I thought it migth have been a fouled plug or burned up wire. I replaced a wire that had been fried on my headers, the plugs, distributor cap and rotor. And still the vibration persists. I have an occasional knocking sound but the car is not burning any oil and has no power loss when revved up passed 3000. As far as i can tell my motor mounts are ok and my exaust is still attached well. anyone have any other ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ohh yeah the car is bassically stock, i have a k&N, short headers and a full exaust, thats about it. Thank

I would maybe check your hamonic balancer. Sometimes they can come apart and create some of those symptoms.

second the balancer..watch it while the car is at idle it should not show any signs of wabble, if it does you need to remove and replace ASAP. Next after the balancer I might be wanting to see if the driveshaft is possibly damaged.

Wouldn't be driveshaft if it does it when it's parked. Easiest way I've found to check for fouled plugs is start your car for bout 10 seconds and check what header tube doesn't get hot.
