One of my buddies got rid of his 06 gt after it was damaged in a hail storm. I received a free off road h-pipe from him after he traded it in. He says that it is for JBA LT's, and it looks almost exactly like the catted h-pipe they have on thier site. So heres my problem. I'M NOT SURE! Theres nothing on it that says JBA, and the only markings on it is this string of letters and numbers about 12 inches long. Here's some pictures. Any body able to make a positive indentification? I need the piece of mind since I just ordered a set of JBA LT's with mil elim and 02 extensions and locking bolts AND a retune through Lightning Force Performance. (EXCELLENT company BTW. Great deals and helpful staff, and I mean great with a capitol "G") Anyway heres the pics:

Thanks for the input guys. I just hope it fits. Guess Ill find out next week. If not, I I'm going to have to make another monetary offering to the mustang god.:D Any one here have long tubes with off-road H and no mufflers? I want to know if I'm going to be setting off car alarms and scaring small children in Alabama when I get this exaust set up done (I'm in GA :nice: )

Well hopefully if I ever get to drive by Will Ferrel, this will be his reaction.<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v288/eckomaninred/ferrelcopy.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>

Well I will find out this weekend if everything fits. Just got the LT's in today, and I'll be installing the new setup on saturday. BTW does anyone need some header locking bolts? I have an extra set, can get em to ya cheap.

Oh yeah before I forget again, does anybody have any advice for me before I do this? I've read the instructions from JBA, and I'll have all the requisite parts ( Locking bolts, O2 extenders, mil eliminators) and tools (air tools, jack+stands, engine lift). Just wanna know if anyone has some tips for me.

For longtubes it's easy as hell. It's even easier if you remove all the stock studs on the heads and use the supplied bolts with the headers. Make sure you start the car and warm it up completely after the install, let it cool and go over all of the bolts again. You'll get another half turn out of them. You can get to every bolt with a wrench, but one on the passenger's side which you will need an extension and a u-joint if I remember correctly.
