Air Bag Problem (ADM maybe)

Ok so My air bag light is on. Only problem is it stays on solid the whole time, it doesn't even blink once, so I can't get a code from it. This Also prevents me from clearing any problems. And yes I have read over everything in http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/airBag/airBag95.html#DriversBagRR.

Now the other annoying thing is that the ADM does that damn beeping. It beeps 5 times, then pauses, then beeps 5 times.........

Anyone got any ideas how I can get the air bag light to flash, and also stop the beeping from happening.

Any help is much appreciated.

shouldnt you just be able to get the codes with with a scanner?

Get codes from scanning what? The PCM?

I thought the only way to get codes was to read the number of flashes the Air Bag light does. And in my case it doesn't flash, it just stays on the whole time, right when i turn the key to RUN.

Im assuming this means something is not connected properly somewhere.

Is there a diagram of all the Air Bag system components and what they connect to floating around anywhere?
