I just recived a letter in the mail the other day stating that if a small female is in the passenger seat and the seat is in the upright position that the air bag causes injures. Just wonder if any one else got the same letter?

Yes, I got it. It also said something about pregnant women, I believe. I am in no rush to have this done.

Yes, I received the letter a few days ago. I had the work done on February 27. There is a thread on this board that was started February 25 about the recall.

I received the same letter the day after I took to dealer and had fixed (saw the thread here and simply asked them to do the work). No biggie - I had in for other warranty work and only takes about 5 minutes. They do not reflash the PCM - I checked the strategy when returned home. I see you have an 07 - you can check on myfordvehicles.com to see if your car is effected - checks by vin#

I got the recall letter last week. My mustang is now missing it's passanger seatbelt, and I welded the passanger seat in it's forward most position.

My wife always sits in the passanger front seat... and I feel an accident coming tomorrow..................
