Yes I wouldn't change your MAF because
you already have a 85mm MAF plus it's
a waste.If you have any vaccum leaks
get them fixed and you should be fine.

Dont waste your money on a new MAF that is the biggest waste of money. I agree with Darkhorse on the CAI and plenum, the mid-pipe that all depends on what kind of sound you want out of your car. Bassani X-pipe is a nice sounding mid-pipe though.
