Say it three times in your best New England Lockjaw.

I now have these as part of the Cobra's interior accoutrements. I know that this is the dumbest place to ask this question,...but the local SVT forum (ours) is as populated as the south pole, and just because I'm now w/ a high maintenance, stuck up woman,...doesn't mean I gotta desert my Homies when I need advice.
It's still Bro's before Hoe's.
The driver's seat is starting to wear badly enough to have patches where there is a stringy texture to the fabric. Specifically bottom seat cushion.

My dumb question is this:

Can I/Should I try and shave that with like a sweater shaver?
I really need to replace the seat upholstery,....but I gotta start out slow on this one, which means I gotta patch/repair before I attempt to replace.

I figured at least one of you has pirated a set of these seats and experienced something similar.

I'll sure the "other place" has this answer in their history,.....I just can't quite bring myself to don the Ascot and the pretentious hat just yet and go over there and ask.

I flipped a set of lightning seats that were pretty rough, used a shaver, and cleaned them with fantastic and papertowels.

I was amazed at how well it worked. The seats were rough when i started and i worried i was going to take a loss on them, when i finished shaving and cleaning them, they looked brand new.

And there you have it. Go shave your car and post pics of the soul patch later.
