alignment?

Ive had my car for about 6k miles and had to have the alignment done on it twice and now its out again but nothings loose or worn out

Are the specs out of alignment or the tires wearing on the outer edge after the alignment? My only thought would be a bad wheel bearing causing the wheel to have play in/out.
