Dave, You guys still coming down through Binghamton Friday? If so, do you know a time yet? Could you PM me your number so I can get ahold of you. I should be going through Binghamton around 9 or 10...if my buddies decide to go that way.

Yeah, it always has little things. Last year was a brake line leaking, this year the coil went, and when I took it down for that I decided to do the clutch, repack the tloc, rear main seal and get the power seats working.

Well another year down. The weather was good this year, even Friday's rain was ok. It was not too hot, which is always a plus for me!!

I have to say that I am becoming increasingly disapointed in the show. The lack of Foxbidues is rediculous! To all of the guy's tht brought theirs from Stangnet, I give you a round of applaus. What the hell is happening to all of the Foxes? You used to see toms of them. Now there were hardly any!! I would like to think that it is just the aging and people moving onto newer models, but that doesn't hold true for the classics. There are still a lot of those running around there.

Another thing that is beginnig to suck there is the fact that no one parks in the correct section anymore. Certain year cars used to be kept in certain areas. Now you could walk down one aisle and parked side by side could be a Fox, an S197, an F150, and a Galaxy or Fairlane. WTF!!!

I thought there were a lot of Fox's there! I agree though, there are a lot more "new" mustangs than there used to be. I think the problem is, even the newest Fox (1993) is 16 years old now. You see a lot of old stuff because you can buy every single part for say a 66 and re-make the entire car. Fox's are kind of in the middle. Replacement parts are just starting to be made and people are more nervous about driving them long distances. I have really noticed an increase in aftermarket replacement parts in the last couple of years, so I think you might see more and more as the years go on. However, "new" will always have a bigger showing.

By the way, I just put up some pics from this weekend, so check them out!

Yeah I guess the replacement part thing does have a lot to do with more classics making the trip. I don't know how long you have been going to Carlisle, but I remember years when there was at least triple the amount of Foxes there. That was a lot of fun, but I guess that is the way it goes. Haha.
