Yeah I guess the replacement part thing does have a lot to do with more classics making the trip. I don't know how long you have been going to Carlisle, but I remember years when there was at least triple the amount of Foxes there. That was a lot of fun, but I guess that is the way it goes. Haha.

This was my 9th year going and yes, I do remember more foxes in the past, but I think it seems that way because each year a new model year comes out. So, every year there are that many more cars that are going to be there.

Also, I just noticed that you are from Geneva. I went to Hobart and graduated in 02. How is good old Geneva doing? Has the snow melted yet? I miss it up there.

Good 'ol Geneva. Still a scum hole! Haha. Just kidding. The snow actually melted early this year. Who would have thought! But it's always about the salt residue on the road you have to watch for.

Yeah, salt is always an issue. Keep it away from that nice red GT!

I thought I would put a pic of Flavadave4's stang up here from our hotel room just outside Carlisle. BTW did Dan find out about his plates or did it fall off in the rain lol!

I have a movie of Flavadave4 and two other stangs (a white notch and a red LX)driving by the the mian entrance. I stood there for about 20 min. taking movies of cars pulling out of the entrance. I will see if I can get some of it on youtube at some point. There are some nice sounding cars on the vid

Had a good time out there. Too bad it rained on friday. I think FlavaDave was the only stangnet member I met out there. He is a cool guy.

On my way home one of my rear brake lines blew off and I lost braking power. Im glad I was only 2 mins from my house and not in the middle of PA.

Its good to be home.

I remeber seeing your car in the show. And then I saw you leaving sunday around 2:00 or so. Some of my SN buddies were taking pics of our cars line up near the entrance. It was three sn95 cars and the pace car (not sure if you saw us).

I like the color combo of your car with the wheel color.

Yeah Rich, it was nice meeting you and your woman (especially after she told me my car was perfect LOL) Your car has a good look to it, a little more rubbing on your paint and you'll be there...sorry to hear it was giving your troubles, I guess thats the fun of driving these older cars

Clark, sorry about the drool on your pace car, my friend and I looked it over pretty good and I must say you have done a really nice job with the upgrades.

Dave, a nice guy???

Right.

Wish I could have had another fox or three there. My friends and I planned to go, but the event snuck up on me, and my car was down for work anyway. Last year was a blast, and I will make it a point next year!

Is your mustang going to be ready next year? Maybe you just like riding in Jerry's Vette?

As always, we had a great time hanging out with you guys.

I was there...didn't get a chance to catch any of you guys by your cars, but I did see Daves car along with the pace car and the white orange SN. You guys drove by my hotel saturday morning. (Hampton on the Pike) We were all hungover bad and didn't make it to the fairgrounds till almost 11. Ended up washing our cars there, and parking for the show. Man...that pace car is just sick! Sorry Dave for not getting ahold of you...we ended up going a different route down to Carlisle. Hopefully next year I can meet up with all of you guys. All in all it was a real good time...very hot on saturday like always!

Here's a pic of our lineup:

I hope it will be done next year...sigh.... I put new smoked LX taillights on it since Carlisle and new smoked headlights with the "blue" bulbs. Also put on a new armrest and sunroof clamps.
Still much more to do but every year going to Carlisle makes me wanna get working on it!!

Get off your ass and get it done already. HA HA You have a year to get it road worthy again. Next year, Jerry better be riding shotgun in your car.

Thanks, I am in the process of wet sanding now and its coming out nice. Its always a big rush for me since the show is in June and I didn't touch the car all winter. It made it home and back in one piece, thats all that matters. haha.
