Damn, that car's been around the world...literally.

Started in Hawaii as a rental car, sold to someone in michigan who auctioned it off to a dealer in NJwho sold it to someone for 3 years and then sold it for export to the United Arab Emirates


It has a salvage title from a flood. The car may look good, but flood damage can mess with the electrical of the car and cause gremlins that are hard to chase down

Rental = I drive the piss out of it, because I bought the insurance when I rented it.

I would never buy an ex rental car. Everyone drives the piss out of them. I said no then, but when I seen flood and salvage title... I said hell no! Sure, you may be able to get it cheap, but I bet you will always be chasing something down, and then the resale value will not be great at all.

A salvage title normally wouldnt scare me because Ive helped rebuild several wrecks that were resold but Id leave this one alone because of the flooding.
Theres going to be electrical issues, possible mold issues, rust issues (eventual) and who knows what else the water might have screwed up.

Exported to United Arab Emirates doesn't necessarily mean that it ever left the country, btw. It was probably purchased by someone with diplomatic credentials.
