I am attempting to install my 3G alternator on my Novi 2000 charged 306. I have deleted the power steering, smog, & A/C so the small belt will only spin the waterpump and the alternator. Can anyone provide advice on how best to mount the alternator? I assume it needs to act as a swinging alternator so the belt can be tensioned. Right now I have it hanging from the bottom bolt hole on the main supercharger bracket. I have seen some people do this and then do something funky with the stock tensioner above. I just don't see how to make it all work. Thanks for any photos or advice! Thanks!! Jake
