Does anyone know who sells an Aluminum 5.0 Block? I thought I saw it in MM&FF but I lost it.

I asked a similar question recently here or on Corral. The main point of the whole thread turned out to be getting an aluminum block is not cost efficient for a 302 block, since they're not that heavy in the first place

FRPP carries an Alum. Block part # M-6010-C302.

It might be a good idea, with alum. heads. Cause my promblem is that cast iron and aluminum heat and expand differently....or is that nothing to worry about.

They are pretty damn light, and I like the idea of aluminum heads and block. Just looked up a price 2670. Pretty expensive block.

Actually $2700 doesn't sound that bad for an aluminum block
