Powdercoating aluminum wheels?

Hey guys. I have a set of TSW wheels that came on my 2005 Roush coupe. The center spokes are painted or powdercoated but the outer lips are polished aluminum. The clear was peeling off the aluminum so I stripped it and polished the aluminum. Now looking for ideas on how to protect the polished surface. Thought about ceramic coating them? Clear powdercoat or a product like Alumiclear. Anyone done this and have any advice or suggestions? Thanks!

I had mine powder coated to match the body color.

Found out mine are painted with hyper silver paint so gonna go that route
