Aluminum Flywheel or re-surface the old?

Well, that's my main question but if I go with the aluminum flywheel, what should I look for? What are other people using and what do they think about them?

it depends on how much hp you have. But i think if you're going to take it out and go to the trouble....you might as well go with a performance flywheel if you can afford it. Steeda is good, I'm not really sure about any other brands.

Anybaody know how heavy the stock flywheel is?
