Okay...
well, if anyone has seen the trailer for the new movie In The Land Of Women, in the trailer there's a black with two white stripe convertible (yes, another vert)...

what car is this? I thought it was a 69 Camaro SS

So what is your guess?

your correct. Its a camaro. However I dont think its a 69, I think only after 69 they had the slots that opened up for the headlights.

Its a 69 Camaro RS. 67 and 68 RS models had grills instead of slots over the headlight doors

Ahah now I remember. Your right it is a 69 RS. I knew it couldnt have been a Z or SS because my uncle has an original mint Z and its not like that. But he explained to me the RS's in 69 where like that.

Too much info for these boards....but you could combine the RS option with SS or Z28. It then became a RS/SS or Z28/RS. RS was a style and trim package. SS and Z28 where performance packages. The badging issues could be a bit confusing.

Example of Z28 combined with RS option

Notice the nose emblem for Z28 and Rally Sport On fender.
