Can someone take a look at how this looks on their car and verify if I’m missing anything? It’s right to the left of the throttle body. It has 5 holes but mine only has three lines coming out. Any help will be much appreciated.

On my 91, of the 5 holes, mine has 4 coming out.
One of the lines goes behind the upper intake and the other 3 connect to separate parts..
I will send pics of the parts that they connect to and which line goes to it by labeling the photos..
hope this helps.

Oh thanks so much man that’s a huge help. Could you check how many lines are going into that separator? Mine only has three going in and I’m worried those are a little more tricky to route if I’m missing one

4 lines on mine....
Red, green, black and gray.
The green and red go to the solenoid mounted on the passenger tower. The green is the top hole and the red is the bottom.
Underneath that solenoid are 2 separate smaller selenoids. Each has a wire harness and Under the harnesses are the vacuum lines. The selenoid closet to the fender gets the gray line and the other selenoid gets the black line.
At least that’s how it is on my car...

so I figured it out it looks like someone repaired the B line and just went straight from the solenoid to the egr valve and skipped going through that separator. That shouldn’t be an issue right?

Ok glad its Solved.
In my mind I would say it shouldn’t be an issue but the experienced guys on this forum can answer better. Maybe there is something we aren’t thinking of but I would think your fine.
See what others say..... mechanics may get frustrated when trying to figure out a future problem and things aren’t connected to where they are suppose to be though.

Thanks, @4G-KDMP! I haven’t seen this diagram before. In my case, all of those components were removed, and I eliminated the vacuum solenoids as well.
