Figured I would ask you guys something about this. I've been experiencing the most annoying squeek coming from the driver side front tire when hitting the bumps. Recently i took it out for a spin and notice that it happens when im not hitting bumps. So i took off the aftermarket wheels and placed on the OEM and noticed it was still there.

I had brought it into the dealer telling them to fix the damn thing twice now. (Being one of those things that you have to drive on it to experience it and when you get it there they cant duplicate it pissed me off) Luckily they lubed up things under the car and it stopped for a little bit. And now it is back. I dont know whats going on was hoping maybe some of you guys may have experienced the same thing or know what it could be so that i can get under the car and check it out.

Thanks for your help.

Any suspension mods other than wheels that might be a factor?

Suspension mods? If there is any dirt in there it could cause the noise. I had a lifted Titan before the mustang. I took it to the desert and romped on it a lil bit. When I got back I noticed a sweek coming from the front too. I could not figure it out at all. Then I washed it one day at one of the self car washes with the power sprayers. After that it stopped. If I were you , I would try to clean it up as best you can. Get the sprayer all in the tire well! See if this helps. good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions. No Suspension upgrades or anything just stock, HOWEVER I did have to take it in before for the same squeek they said that there was a leak in one of the shocks. So they replaced that. Im gonna give it a shot next time theres some fairly good weather , wanted to shine her up anways and spray the **** out of that ****. Hopefully that works. Lol. Anyways ty again for the input.

Whenever I bring my car in for a squeak or rattle, my service advisor tells me I need to turn down my "spider sense." I used to work at a Ford dealer and I've learned that they'll need 2 days to find a rattle or squeak; day and night road tests. Good luck, I'm dealing with the IUP cluster rattling over bumps, the driver seat belt tensioner squeak, pass C-pillar squeak, and a rattle on pass side door grab handle. Good luck to you.

Get some ensolite foam from raamaudio.com. I put it behind all the trim panels, kind of a pita to do but works like a charm and deadens some roadnoise too.

Could this be a sway bar bushing squeak? I had to lube the rear sway bar because it was squeaking. I also had a squeak at the drivers side inside pillar trim. It seems the little metal clips that holds the plastic pillar cover to the car squeaks when going over even small bumps. I thought this noise was coming from the dash and I secured everything I thought could squeak, but the squeak was still there. One day I was wiping dust off the dash and happened to bump the cover and heard the squeak. I put a piece of vinyl tape over the metal clip and then pushed it back into the car, no more squeak.
