It's the same setup shown here. It's all covered by the boot except the button part.

Just go with the B and M hammer shifter. It looks sick and you actually get a performance improvement too- or at least a better shifter, becuase there is now a lock in between reverse and drive etc.

What is the point of a lock between reverse and drive?

I'm guessin so that when you're shifting 1-2-D on your own, you won't be able to throw it in reverse accidentally and really do some damage......It would be one heck of an overshoot if you got it all the way to reverse tho!!
