Another lighting issue

Out of the blue my blinkers don't work anymore from one day to the next. When I have the car in accessory mode the turn signals work but when the engine is running no blinkers. My hazards work but no blinkers, brake lights work and running lights work but no blinkers.

Check the ignition switch. This is the switch that the lock cylinder moves. It is under the steering column covers. They have a tendency to fall apart, wires pull out of the connector, and for the switch to overheat and melt the connector.
