Do you need to install the dash (in a 67 first) or can it be done after the new windshield is in place? There are two small pieces of metal that need to be screwed in place near the bottom of the windshield and that is my biggest concern.

Thanks!

I installed the dash first, but I'm pretty sure you can do it either way. The trim parts absolutely need to go in after the windsheild, because the dash trim parts go over the trim rubber.

I've always done the windshield first, then the dash pad. Yes, the screw-on trim pieces go on last.

However, it's a good idea to pre-install the dash pad and trim before the windshield, as you will need to do some trimming and it's a lot easier to see, mark, and trim without the windshield there.
