anti roll kit problems ...help

I installed a moroso anti roll kit and it isnt releasing when i release the button. Even when i cut power to the unit it is still holding.

What is even odder is the fact that when i dont put a lot of pressure in the line it works fine, but it is not enough pressure to hold the car.

Can anyone help me out here?
