is one shorter than the other? im trying to swap a fox tranny into my 1995 gt but its way too short, is a 4cyl fox tranny shorter than a fox gt tranny?
Gear ratios, gear strengths, input shaft diameter, pilot bearing size...i'm sure there's more. Try a search on this one...there's a bunch on here about it.

Fox T5's as a whole are too short to work in an SN95. The input shaft on a Fox T5 is about 1" shorter than on a SN95. The SN95 has a longer bell housing than the fox to accomodate the difference.
