2010 V6 Sees differently than GT?

Greetings and thank you for taking a look. I have a daily driver 2010 V6 Mustang, or rather my wife does. The headlights are fogged over, badly. I have sanded and polished them twice over the years and now they're just too pooped out to try again. Looking at Amazon for some replacements I see several sets that would do the job. But they say they do not fit the base V6? I was surprised and still wonder if that is true. Are the GT headlights that much different than V6's that they are not interchangeable? I can see if one had HIDs the other halogens maybe, but the basic light box should be the same.

Is the basic fitment of the headlight box different on the GT than V6? I'm thinking of just ordering them but I don't want the hassle of returning if there is some fit differences.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Good Ole' Rock Auto. I did follow your link then check part numbers for the GT and they do list different part numbers for the headlights assembly. So I guess they are different. I would have never thought that. Thanks again.
