i met a guy at the track that had only a Borla catback and a CAI on his auto 99 vert. he ran a 14.2@98-99mph. the mods he had didn't add any HP.

I ran a 13.823@100 mph with just a K&N FIPK II on a cold day with lots of practice. Cool air and learing how to launch is key. Oh and I had emptied my trunk. No Mach 1000 or spare tire.

verts are only about 150lbs heavier. that's about 1.5 tenths. not THAT bad. it's worth it for the top down driving.

SO you guys like the drop tops that much? I can honestly say that I dont miss not being able to drop it...I LOVE coupes....but then again, I never had a vert .

If you can drive good man and have nice cool air, I wouldnt doubt it. And I would put you @ under 230RWHP.
