Anybody ever used an inversion table? If so, what type of back/neck/hip pain did you use it for and did it work worth a damn? Im having some bad days lately, fuggin trigger points and shortened muscles are fuggin KILLING ME. This is not "sore muscles" from when you overwork, this is a chronic pain issue that has been killing me for like 8 years or more now.

I have been to chiropractor, had cortisone shots, has massage therapy, all sorts of other stuff too. Massage works but I havent had it in months. I want to try something else, since my si joint and hip area are getting pulled on pretty bad and that my shoulders are so knotted up they are rounding forward like bastages.

I want to try and inversion table to stretch everything out. It's a table you lock your feet into at the bottom, then you lean back and reach your arms out to go to different degrees of inversion. Supposed to feel pretty good. I can get one for cheap at Academy through my buddy's discount.

Any input?
