The cops are getting worse with the big exhaust issue :nonono: . I'm not a fan of overly load exhausts :notnice: but as of now anything aftermarket is illegal. SEMA is working on a 95 decibel limit which is fair :nice: . Respond with your thoughts to the New Hampshire Senate Transportation Committee in the link above and reply with your thoughts to this post to keep it alive. :flag:

Guy's,

I read the link. This is a good thing. HB243 is a bill that will protect us. Not condem us... "Legislation to Protect Hobbyists From Unfair Exhaust-Noise Citations Passes in New Hampshire House; On to Senate - February 2004"

Did I read it wrong?

This hasn't passed yet, to the best of my knowledge (and if it has nobody has told the coppers) and they are really being dinks around here with alot of these rules espically with bike week going on. This was in the pending area in the SEMA web page.

Sounds to me like this eases up on the loud exhaust issue :nice: Everytime I've been stopped for loud exhaust instead of smiling politely and trying to be nice, I would just like to ask, "when is the last time you pulled over a harley, or rice rocket with a pipe on it?" I am going to read up a little more on this, and then email my support for it (if it's what I think it is).
