Anybody see the SoCal fires on the news!!!!???

It's just a couple miles from my house Kind of crazy. They said 25 structures have been gone up in flames and about 12,500 acres burned 10:30pm. That's just in my area...not the other places that have fires too. The winds are around 60mph now and they expect 80-90mph winds throughout the night and tomorrow. That is definitely not helping I'm pretty fortunate I'm not in one of the areas that is in danger It would be tough for a fire to get close to my house. But you guys should see the ash and smoke It is out of control around here

im in palmdale and we have some smoke and we can see the smoke plume..

I used to live in palmdale...my parents still do. My mom called this morning and said it is pretty chitty there too.

I'm in culver city, saw a lot of smoke. I was pissed cause they were showing that on ABC yesterday and not the NASCAR race!!!!

Yea, I talked to my buddy in the Marines and he said he can see the smoke from Camp Pendleton. His house is towards the north side of the base though. So hes gonna be fine.

I live in riverside and work in Tustin I was really close to the canyon fire They almost wanted t evacuate us because of the Smoke it was really thick

Foothill Ranch fire

TELL me about it! I am in Rancho Santa Margarita and the Foothill Ranch fire is like a mile and a half from where I am at right now. My sky is orange and the air sux. I am running my air-conditioning fan and I still smell smoke in my apt. Was near Temecula today and the yearly Santa Ana Winds didn't let up either. My car was covered with dirt and dust, I mean my car is black but it was all brown today. I started my car and the dirt just fell off my windows and doors like glitter. So yup car is fithy, waterspots everywhere from spraying it down without drying it. Did I mention it sux here right now. Well I know it could be worse because there are like 5 or 6 fires going on now here in So. Cali and people are probably going to lose their homes. So my prayers go out to them.
