I see you are from West Lafayette, IN? I'm a Purdue graduate! Let me know if you have any other question. It is always good to help a fellow Boilermaker :nice:

yeah purdue rules i am a mgmt major, anyways i just bought the trickflow plenum, 75mm throttle body, Intake spacer, Vt cams And comp springs, i am shooting for 500 rwhp how much boost do you think i will need? Also how much boost can a factory intake hold?

My current #'s are sae rwhp with stock tb, plenum, cams ,springs, pulleys and intake,

Are you running that much boost on the stock block? I'm from Indianapolis. I pass through Boilermaker territory pretty often

No i have a dss super pro mod with all forged internals with probe pistons and put together with all apr bolts if you ever see a performance red 2000 gt that looks all stock but with a cobra r hood that is me , flash me down if you see me.

If so how good does it work and where is a cheap place to get one. I am wanting to jump up to 15-16 pound of boost because i just bought some VT cams and Comp Springs.

Are the cams set up for boost?
Because ever combo is different.Do you have a power pipe?
Based on your boost pressure now you have about 15 psi(before the cooler).I see about 16 psi with a 3.1 pulley @ 7k.Whats your fuel setup?

THese are all major issues that need addressing when shooting for that power level.

I run a BAP with 03 cobra pumps.

Yes these are the blower cams that you can see specs on a modulardepot.com, i have a 3.125 pulley and i currently do not have a power pipe. For fuel all i have right now is a 255 in the tank with 42 lb injectors.
When talking to scott @ vt he said i could see at least 50 horse from just the cams.

Better plan on a better fuel setup if not better plan on a motor rebuild .That 255 will never support that kind of power.

So can a KB boost-a-pump be used to provide a nitrous equiped car enough fuel to run more than a 150hp shot? I'm thinking for a guy running a dual stage system (assuming a built short block).
To clarify-I'm talking about a returnless-fuel system.
