I haven't bought any of their suspension parts, but I have bought other parts from them. I would use them again.

I bought a front end rebuild kit from them. This would have been about 2 years ago now. I have not driven the car but 2.5 miles on her since, so can't give much feed back on the ride quality. They are good people to deal with. The only issue i had was one of the tie rod adjusters didn't want to thread on correct, it had a bur at the threads on the one end.

I used them ~ 4yrs ago for suspension parts. Prices were good, but quality wasn't. Spring perches didn't match and one was incorrectly assembled. UCAs were cheap knock offs of the originals. I had tire rubbing issues with the new arms (same wheels/tires). I ended up trimming the arms by the upper ball joints. I still had to use wheel spacers to keep the tires off the ball joints. Eventually I will replace them with some GW uppers.
I wouldn't use Laurel again.

I Have used them on interior parts i bought the hole interior for my 65 fb with scat seats and i woud use them again good service

i bought a pair of sub-frame connectors thru ebay a couple weeks before christmas.

the price was right, quality what i expected, delivery was prompt, but the template was missing. they said they would send me a replacment, but i have not recieved it as of 12-28.

Why do you need a template for subframe connectors? Mine didnt come with one. They did have directions though. Its pretty self explanatory how they mount.

I purchased a fuel tank, price was good, I priced on ebay and called to place my order. Customer service was good but the salesmans knowledge was slim (young guy). I would buy again.

I was about to purchase the front suspension rebuilt kit from them but decided to go with mustangpartshouse.com since I liked having a choice of rubber or poly bushings. I'm in the process of installing mine currently. The only real con to mustangpartshouse.com is they didn't include the nuts for the upper control arms or spring perches, so I had to re-use my old ones.

One piece of advice I can give is to know everything that you will need so you don't get halfway through the tear-down and find out you need another part. I ruined the threads on my strut rods getting them disconnected and now I'm waiting on backordered replacement strut rods and bolts so I can finish my car.

I has the same issues, along with an extremely annoying squeak. Numerous calls and emails resulted in absolutely no support from laurel whatsoever. Finally spoke to an old timer, which helped me fix the sqeak. Still have the 1/4" spacers, though.

I just purchase a 6 gauge panel from them on ebay. Sent it back due to poor quality 3 weeks ago. Still no credit back on my credit card. When I call them they tell me "Its being processed." I am not happy with them at all, and I will never buy from them again.

Laurel is a reseller just like every other Mustang parts house out there. The parts they sell usually are the same source as other parts houses as well. Commenting on Laurel based on parts quality isn't really conclusive, they only have access to mostly the same parts as the bigger houses do. Scott Drake is Scott Drake, if you know what I mean.

When it comes to Mustang vendors, you have the big catalog operations that have the stability of an established operation that can issue you credits the same day. You have guys working out of their garage on ebay that have no real stability but may offer personalized service, as they are often Mustang enthusiasts themselves. And then you have everything in between in varying degrees.

Laural is one of those in-betweeners. Experiences will vary.

Max it sounds like you work for them. I have no problem when a company takes a week to give me a refund. What I DO have a problem with is when a company takes 4+ weeks and counting to refund a customer their purchase. I call them twice a week and they keep telling me next week...still waiting.

What an ancient thread.....but i bought my interior kit and my suspension kit from them...i do like the fact that they put together fairly complete "kits" for whatever job you are working on. Never had an issue with anything...so far anyway.

I've been looking at this same gauge cluster from Laurel Mtn on EBAY... hell it could even be the one you returned... glad I read your post on the (lack of) quality, I was getting ready to hit buy it now in the next day or 2. I need a new gauge panel, sucks the only choices (that I know of) are the cheap plastic ones from MP Products or the $500 ones from JME. o well, I'll to keep saving my pennies for a while for the billet one I guess.
