I want to get there Saleen kit for $499.00 (fiberglass) or $899.00 (urethene). Has anyone ever order from them. I wonder about the fit. There urethene Saleen kit is $300.00 less than Saleen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, and here is their link:

I've heard that place is WAY overpriced, have you done some checking around on that kit?

But to answer your question, I've not ever ordered from them, so I can't help you with that =)

I've heard the fitment is not that great. Then again, I've heard the same thing about the genuine Saleen body kit. So if thats the case, it may be worth buying. However, remember that when you ge the genuine kit off of Saleens website, you get the kit plus an S281 spoiler and the graphics kit. If you dont need them, you can sell them and get some money back.

Also, dont get fiberglass. Yes, its cheaper, and yes its repairable. But urethane is so much more durable. Its not repairable, but you really dont ever need to.

Just my opinion.....

i got the fiberglass front unit. The fitment is okay, i had to fill right under the corners with fiberglass to fill some gaps, but otherwise, its cool. Its really light, lighter than the stock plastic i bet. Looks cool, hopefully when i get it painted i will be really lookin' good.

i worry about fiberglass front bumpers on lowered cars because if you hit a big speed bump or even a steep driveway it could break the bumper very easily. urethane is definately the way to go especially for the front.
