Anyone found a good way to attach side scoops?

I have the side scoops, and using the 3m tape they kept falling off (good thing noone took it overnight!)......anyone have any other techniques? I was thinking screws or rivits but you cant get to the back easily

What exactly are these side scoops? Pics?

My guess would be that you need to degrease the area, because wax is probably impeding the double-sided tape from working. (I won't even go into the issues presented by the mere fact that you are using double sided tape on your car. )

that is what they supply you with!!!......BUT it really doesnt work for me....maby i should clean the area better....true

clean the area with some dishwashing detergant then some degreaser, the 3M tape should stick well.

I use the 3M tape with no problems, they have been on for 3 yrs now.

good to know--i have the driver's side scoop and i'm looking for the passenger side.
