Well, all of the tuners on the market that I know of are matched to the EEC code of the car it’s tuning, so you're not going to have much of a choice on that one. So even if someone did have a tuner, you still wouldn't be able to use it, since it will most likely already be programmed to their EEC. One tuner, one car, that's how it works.
