I have an opportunity to get a never used Pro Flo EFI setup for a really good price. I have searched the web but have not found any good info other than the Edelbrock catalog info. I was hoping to come across someone who could give me an opinion from experience with the unit. I know it's an SD unit, but I think that may work with my setup (no power adders, economy isn't that big of a deal). Anyone know of any other boards where they may have discussed this unit (ford or chevy version)?

Thanks

Those are pretty tasty, I was excited about getting one until I saw the price tag...yikes!

Check the websites of the car mags like HotRod, and Car Craft. It is hard to imagine they have not written an article on those by now.

Contact "1966conv" over on the VMF board. He has the E-brock EFI in his coupe. He was one of the VERY first installs, so he's got a year of it under his belt.

I've driven his car, and you can definitely feel a low-range torque improvement.

I am sure that someone over at www.pro-touring.com could offer up some insight.
