Looks like a scam to me. Other wise they wouldn’t need your CC info or "referrals". Nothing comes free in life specially sponsorships real companies aren't going to sink money into somebody’s car who isn't going to actually show it off. Typically the guys who end up getting the full pop sponsorships are the ones who already have so much done they barely need it but anyhow yah scam…
