I'd spray it with degreaser, then hose it off.

I recently ran over a dead deer and had fur, meat and guts all over my underside. The worst smell came from the flesh that was cooking on the exhaust. I put the car on rhino ramps, sprayed the underside down with orange degreaser spray and risnsed it off with my husky power washer. Not only did I wash off all the deer guts but decided to clean the entire underside and now it looks brand new!

Haha, animal guts are nasty...My girl ran over a skunk and i had to pull peices of it out with pliers....yuck! I used simple green and a pressure washer and was good as new...except the smell.
