Are they clear bulbs?

All incandescent bulbs light up with a tinge of yellow. If you want pure white, you'll need LED's but they are dimmer.

Even with crystal clear bulbs, as they age, they will look more and more yellow

If they are higher wattage bulbs they may be buring the head light switch in the car. Pull the dash pod and look at the head light switch. If its burned then lower current levels are getting to the light thus not giving a white light. Also there are some cheap lights out there that will yellow on the blub part. Get LED parking lights, this will laos take a load off the headlight switch too since LED lights draw less current.

FWIW, I have those blue (922?) bulbs that they sell at Autozone in the corners, they light up bright and very white; I still have the stock amber bulbs in the turn signals. The blue bulbs work great in the hood light too, and I love it in the dome light, everybody thinks there is a LED up there.

My buddy has this style of LEDs in his crystal clear tails on his '00 stang, they light up real nice at night... in the daytime they're considerably dimmer. I dont know how they would look or work in the front of a fox though.
