I saw an add for these and they supposed to reduce underhood temps greatly.

Any opinions?

Is that just the header wrap stuff??? Doesn't that stuff make you have to change headers like every 3-4 years?
That jethot (Is that the name) coating is supposed to reduce temps and be nearly indestructable.

if the jethot? coating is the stuff, i'm pretty sure 94sc50 used that before he painted his headers with his really expensive color shifting paint.

On a daily driven car, the header wrap will cause the headers to rust out very quickly. I know it helps, but how much is the question. My guess would be: not as much as advertised.

Spend your money on something else...

I agree with joes95gt, if you're not doin something incredibly awesome like JR i doubt it would be worth it at all, money used elsewhere.

and 17yroldstanger, i'm pretty sure JR didn't get his paint from walmart seeing as it was what like $20 an oz... probably more than that (i think he said the whole job cost him a pretty 10K?) Otherwise, i know what you mean

I would just get the jet hot coating. Yah, 94sc50's headers look awesome.
