Anyone With Granatelli LCAs?

Has anyone here installed Granatelli Lower Control Arms (i.e. the weight jacker type)?

I purchased a pair a couple of weeks ago. When I tried to install them, I had some problems.

First off, the stock bolts wouldn't fit through the metal bushing sleeves. Are the stock bolts supposed to be used, or did Granatelli fail to send me new bolts?

Secondly, the back side of the new LCAs wouldn't fit into the stock rear LCA bracket. I measured the new and stock LCA width and found that the new LCA bushings are like 0.2" wider than stock. How do I make em fit?
